You cannot book appts on short notice. You can book online 48hrs before appt. You will need to contact Michelle directly to book short notice appts. You are allowed 21 days advance booking. Please note: only membership holders receive last minute availability.
Once you arrive, the service you scheduled will be the one we focus on. If you wish to add more services, we might need to reschedule depending on the time available. Your understanding helps us maintain a smooth and nurturing experience for everyone.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation email following your online booking. If you do NOT receive an email, your appointment is NOT booked. No need to contact Michelle after booking and receiving confirmation email.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND if you arrive 20 mins or more late, you may be asked to reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. To avoid a cancellation fee, you can cancel or reschedule online 24hrs before your appointment.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Wedding reservations have a 21 day cancellation policy and apply to each individual service that is booked. In the event of a cancellation 21 days or less prior to your event, there is a $25.00 service fee that applies to each individual service that is cancelled without notice.
– If you acquire a cancellation fee your balance must be paid in order to rebook your next appointment. Payments may be dropped off at the salon or made through the Venmo or Cash App.
The cancellation policy allows time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping the scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.
Only our valued membership holders can collect and redeem loyalty rewards. If you cancel your membership or if your payment fails, you have 5 days to renew it to keep enjoying all the benefits, including loyalty rewards.
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AS A PLACE HOLDER! If you cannot book the time you need, do not book the time you know you cannot make it to. It will not guarantee your spot when you contact me to request the time you need. *INSTEAD, contact ME FIRST when you do not see the time you need available and allow me to make the appropriate accommodations if possible. If you book the appointment first before contacting me, it is your responsibility to cancel it and may result in a cancellation fee if you forget to cancel the first one. PLEASE NOTE: Only Membership holders are permitted to contact Michelle in this case. Non-membership holders must cancel their own appointments and re-book for their desired time.
To join our community, new clients need to schedule a consultation first, especially if you're new to our hair services. This helps us understand your unique needs and ensures we provide the best care possible.
To enjoy your free birthday visit, ensure your membership has been active for at least 7 months. It's our special way of celebrating you!
The website allows you to purchase and cancel your membership at any time. PLEASE NOTE: Your membership has to be active at the time of your appointment (not just before) to receive membership pricing.
You are allowed to purchase and cancel your membership anytime. PLEASE NOTE: You are only allowed 5 times a year to cancel and repurchase. After your fifth time within that same year, you will not be permitted to re-purchase a membership. You will only be allowed to book non-membership services until the new year.
All points and rewards are deleted when membership is canceled. First check to make sure your membership is active. If your membership has not been interrupted and your points and rewards are not saved in your portal, please contact Michelle directly. If it has been interrupted for more than five days, then your points and rewards are inactive and can not be retrieved. You will need to re-purchase your membership to start collecting points again.
